Legal Use in the UAE

Vaping is legal in the UAE for adults but is regulated in the same way as smoking. Please use our products responsibly and lawfully:

Product Compliance & Safety Standards

Vaping products sold legally in the UAE must meet the technical standard UAE.S 5030:2018 for electronic nicotine products and carry the required ESMA conformity marking. These standards are set by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) (which absorbed the former Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology, ESMA), while the sale, possession, and use of these products is overseen by the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP). Nicotine-containing e-liquids sold in the UAE are capped at 20 mg/ml, with regulated tank and bottle sizes, child-resistant packaging, and mandatory health warnings. Buying only from licensed, compliant retailers helps ensure your products meet UAE safety and quality requirements.

Not a Smoking Cessation Product

Vaping products sold by VapeZozo are not medicines, medical devices, or approved stop-smoking aids, and are not marketed as a "safe" or "safer" alternative to smoking. MOHAP advises that there is insufficient scientific evidence to support such claims. If you wish to stop smoking, please speak to a licensed doctor or a MOHAP-approved health facility for appropriate support.

Nicotine & Health Risks

Nicotine is a highly addictive substance, and vaping is not risk-free. Possible effects can include dizziness, nausea, headache, dry mouth or throat, increased heart rate, and coughing, and the long-term effects of vaping are still being studied. Who Should Not Vape
